Balocchi (2025), è il mio secondo progetto libro e parla della storia vera di una bambina indiana abbandonata dal nonno in un orfanotrofio in Kerala quando aveva 4 anni, quarant’anni fa.

Balocchi (Somewhere Over the Rainbow), is my second photo book project (2019–2025).

In this series, photographs of handmade miniatures are enhanced through analog interventions on photo prints using acrylics and colored pencils. The work explores the fate of those born without protection or opportunities, narrating the true story of an Indian child abandoned by her grandfather at an orphanage in Kerala in the 1980s — a testament to her resilience and attachment to life.
